Aarti joined the firm in September 2015 from a large national firm where she gained 15 years’ experience advising on a wide range of employment matters. Aarti is highly experienced in conducting cases for individuals from start to finish. She regularly advises clients on settlement agreements and is experienced in negotiating terms and enhanced severance packages.
She also routinely advises clients in relation to disciplinary and grievance issues, employment rights in the workplace, the merits and prospects of bringing a potential claim and conducting employment tribunal litigation. She has written a number of employment law articles that have appeared in specialist publications.
Outside work Aarti enjoys food, baking, travel and ceroc dancing.
