Adrian became a lawyer after a long career in business, working as a manager with multinational corporations. For the last twelve years he has concentrated solely on employment law issues and has regularly advised at Board level on business restructures, takeovers and transfers. Adrian is an accomplished speaker and trainer who can provide seminars and courses on all aspects of employment law.
Since becoming a lawyer, Adrian has written articles for several magazines and newspapers, he has regularly contributed to radio and television on subjects as diverse as responsibility at office parties and obesity in the workplace.
Adrian advised and represented the winning Claimant in the case of Sethi v Greentech which has become authority for the absolute right of a woman to return to work after maternity leave even if her marriage to her employer’s son had broken down.
Outside of work Adrian enjoys walking with his dogs, sailing and the very occasional round of golf.
