The Employment Tribunal compensation limits will increase on 6th April 2014.
The maximum limit on a week’ pay shall increase from £450 to £464.
The maximum unfair dismissal compensatory award shall increase from £74,200 to £76,574. However, remember that it is the lower of this figure or 52 weeks gross pay and so this new cap is unlikely to affect the majority of claimants, just the higher earners.
